Take your practice to the next level. Enhanced Yoga is designed to bring you in to the deeper levels of your practice on a highly individualized basis. Yoga works to enhance your health at all levels of your person: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Through discussion, questionnaires, postural and breath analysis your instructor will design a program suited to your personal needs. Sessions may incorporate some or all of the following techniques: asana (posture work), pranayama (breath work), meditation, yoga indri (subconscious visualization techniques), mantra (vocalization techniques), mudra (hand gestures), chakra therapy (energetic techniques), reiki, thai bodywork and many many other techniques. Most sessions end with take home assignments to help you take yoga off the mat Enhanced Yoga is ideal for: · Those who have been practicing yoga already who are looking to take their practice to a deeper more subtle energetic level. · Those with specific health concerns who are interested in working from a holistic perspective · Those who would like to be introduced to yoga at a slower pace than a group class format in a safe and secure environment. Individual sessions are also available, typically individual sessions are geared more towards alignment or to address specific concerns you may have about your practice. |
