Meridian Yoga: Opening the Energetic Pathways |

Using gentle pressure, body weight, and skillful touch to open the nadi and meridian energy pathways, we will work with a partner to increase our range of motion and perfect our alignment in yoga asanas associated with the fourteen internal organs. A modern stretching method called resistance/PNF stretching will be taught, along with shiatsu techniques (work with meridians using finger pressure). The goal is to remove barriers to the transforming and healing flow of prana in our body-mind. Please feel free to attend alone, or with a friend. About
