LOIS SANS started practicing in the ashtanga style 10 years ago and found yoga to be the balm for the anxiety she had been experiencing in her stress-driven life. Since then she has practiced other styles of yoga and mindfulness meditation in the Buddhist tradition. Like many other teachers, her yoga experience was life changing evidenced by comments from family and friends about how amazingly calm she has become. Lois is a graduate of Dover Yoga Studio's Yoga of Energy Flow Teacher Training. She teaches art at Barrington Elementary School where she also teaches yoga for children in their after-school enrichment program. She is a former psychiatric nurse and art therapist. |
