Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a dynamic and powerful practice designed to awaken the creative potential within every individual. Combining a strong pranayama practice (breathing exercises), with movements, asanas, deep relaxation, and meditations, Kundalini Yoga focuses on balancing the glandular system, strengthening the nerves, and bringing harmony to all aspects of the self. 

About the Instructor
DANIEL ORLANSKY, M.A., RYT, a yoga teacher for 14 years, is certified in Meridian Yoga, Kali RayTriYoga and Kundalini Yoga. He holds a masters degree in Expressive Art Therapy/Dance Therapy from Lesley University and has been a visiting lecturer in movement studies at Tufts University.
