This
class is an introduction to the basics of yoga. In this four week series we
will explore the foundations of the physical practice of yoga, as well as
meditation and breathing techniques. The first three weeks will be devoted
to breaking down different groups of postures (standing, seated, backbends
and inversions) and the last week will be devoted to bringing it all
together in a one hour flow practice. If you have never practiced yoga and
are interested this is the class for you. Class is open to all levels.

since 2000. As the creator of Rasa Yoga (trademark pending) she is known
for her playful style of teaching, her strong knowledge of anatomy and
