In this four week course
we will introduce you to the science of Ashtanga, an amazing breathing
movement system. In Ashtanga, every movement is correlated with breath and
once learned can allow you to flow in and out of the postures with ease and
peace. In the four weeks, we will cover Sun Salutaiton A and B, the power
of breath (ujjayi), and the standing sequence. This is an excellent way to
begin a yoga practice or enhance your understanding of Ashtanga.
