Beginning Aerial Fabric:This course will explore how to climb the fabric, footlocks, and basic choreography as well as floor work to condition and stretch. Fabric requires a moderate amount of core strength, but is open to all who would like to try.
Beginner Advanced/ Intermediate Fabric: This class is for the more experienced flyer. Geared towards those who have working knowledge of climbing, figure 8 foot locks, aerial dance locks, and aerial terms like gazelle, arabesque, and flamenco. This class will explore various climbs, layered choreography, and basic drops. Instructor Permission required.
Aerial Fabric Conditioning is a half hour class in which we drill strengthening drills for the fabric including core excercises, climbing, straddle ups, push ups and pull ups. This is open to all levels who are looking to build strength and stamina.
