Women’s Winter Wonderland Retreat at Pompanuck Farm, NY
Mar 14 – 16 Immerse yourself in supportive energy, come play with your fellow sisters, and nurture your inner diva.  This weekend is devoted to pampering and fun through yoga twice daily, decadent chocolate dessert making, wood fire sauna time, ritual, meditation, dance and lots and lots of laughter. STAR ISLAND - Every September, the Dover Yoga Studio hosts its much anticipated annual retreat to Star Island. This weekend excursion will give you the opportunity to escape from reality, and find some quiet personal time to either simply sit back and relax, or to develop your yoga practice in the company of others. Building upon previous years, this tradition has continued to grow and develop and has become a welcome escape to the attendants who return year after year.

COSTA RICA - Yoga and Surfing in Costa Rica. This is a yearly retreat next one is currently being scheduled for 2009.  Come unwind with a week of yoga, surfing and relaxation in beautiful Montezuma, Costa Rica.  The retreat will offer daily yoga classes with plenty of time to explore and relax at the oceanfront hotel. The activities are endless with horseback riding, snorkeling, canopy tours, surfing, fishing and waterfalls all close by.

INDIA - A tour of northern India. This will be for the adventurous in spirit… We are working hard to make this happen sometime in 2008 or 2009. This trip will be perfect for those who want someone else to do the legwork, but wants to maintain their independence and not feel like they are on a “tour” when they travel (i.e. we’ll book the hotels for you, help with internal flights, and basically tell you where we’re going and you can choose to tag along… or not...your choice.) This will not be a “yoga trip” but rather a chance to explore this beautiful, mysterious and often chaotic, culture and see major tourist destinations. More details to follow soon.
